Practical Experience

  • Carry out a SWOT and deliver an action plan to drive ATV
  • Understand your customer base and how to drive excellent customer service in your store
  • Minimum 6 months in role
  • 100% competency required on SF Standards & Compliance, WINMAU, Commerciality, Guess who, Merchandising
  • Experience in different format stores with understanding of the full proposition e.g. Pep, frozen, home
  • Attend area meeting in Store Manager’s absence

Duration: 15 months, plus 3-month end-point assessment period

Overview: Suitable for Team Supervisors who have the potential to develop to Assistant Manager/Manager.

Ambitious Team Supervisors will get plenty of value from this course as they’ll build up their knowledge of retail operations. You’ll develop your management skills so you can drive, develop and successfully lead a team.
